What do I write on the USPS shipping manifest?

• List the recipient as James W. McConkie.
• Write the address as per this box opposite.
• List the package as a gift.
• The total declared value must not exceed €40 Euros (roughly $49 US).
• (If you need to send more than €40, separate into multiple packages.)
• Make sure you list the items in the package and give them a value.
• Do not list any items as having ‘no value’ or ‘$0’.

You can also visit http://www.dearelder.com, where you can type a letter, hit "send" and the Dear Elder company prints your message and delivers it to the Czech/Slovak mission home (you don't have to worry about the crazy address stuff above/postage). It's $1.10 and you have to register for an account (click the "open a new account" button on the top left, it'll charge your CC $10 for a deposit and continue withdrawing $1.10 each time you send a letter, kind of like iTunes)!
